Pa., Mrs. Hopkinson was a daughter of the late Daniel and
Mrs. Arhannah Beegle. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church,
Westminster, and the Home Department of the Carrollton Church
of God Sunday School.
She is survived by her husband John M. Hopkinson, Sr., four
children, Mrs. Lawson L. Lindsay, Bryson City, N. C., and
Mrs. Paul D. Rill. John M. and Melvin W. Hopkinson, all of
Westminster; five grandchildren; a brother, Glenn R. Beegle, Baltimore,
and a sister, Mrs. Mervin B. Close. Westminster.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Myers
Funeral Home, Westminster. The Rev. Harold B. Helfrich
and the Rev. Dr. Elwood S. Falkenstein, officiated. Burial
was in Westminster Cemetery.
