Jack Carroll Thatcher, 51, died of a heart attack Friday night while fishing in rural Corcoran.
An Army veteran of the Korean war, he was a native of Corcoran and retired.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Mae; two brothers, Robert Thatcher of Corcoran and Paul Thatcher of Hanford; three sisters, Ola Mae Sills of Corcoran, Elsie Winslow of Vallejo and Helen Dickerson of Sacramento.
Graveside services were held Tuesday in the Corcoran District Cemetery with arrangements by the Bledsoe Chapel.
