Friends may call to pay their respects at the Rederson Funeral Home Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the church Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.

The former Lydia Amborn was born Sept. 21, 1899 in Hubbleton, daughter of Frederick and Minnie (Luchow) Amborn. She married Henry Heitz Sept. 24, 1924. He preceded her in death in 1962. She later married Gerhard Saniter May 6, 1977. He also preceded her in death in 1987.
Saniter had worked as a sales person with Stanley products and also was a clerk at S.S. Kresge’s in Watertown. She was a homemaker and member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and Order of Eastern Star in Watertown.
Surviving are a son, Kenneth (Shirley) Heitz of Jefferson; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothea Heitz of Watertown; three stepchildren, Marlene (Carl) Beyer and Mayris (Michael) Schuenemann, both of Watertown, and Bruce (Mary Ellen) Saniter of Muskego; eight step-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was further preceded in death by a son, Gordon, her parents, three sisters and three brothers.
