Edna Ruth Crumrine, 69, of 665 Downingtown Pike, East Bradford, died yesterday at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, after a brief illness. She was the wife of Raymond E Crumrine.
She was the daughter of the late Silas and Elizabeth Moyer Aberts and had lived in the West Chester area since 1936.
Mrs. Crumrine was employed for 20 years as a nurse's aide at Chester County Hospital, until her retirement. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of West Chester.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Edna, wife of Ray Larsen of Delaware, and Mary, wife of Jesse Sheldon of Wilmington; two brothers, Paul Aberts of Downingtown and James Aberts of Frazer; one sister, Mary, wife of William Graham of Satsuma, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the Reilly Funeral Home, Inc., West Chester. Interment will be at Cochranville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
