My paternal Great Grandfather.

He was a farmer his entire life. The house and barn he built in 1880 are still standing today and maintained by our family. We hold our annual family reunion there every year.

JOHN HUBBLE, OF ELM RIVER TOWNSHIP, DIES

Well-Known Wayne County Farmer, Father of Ora J. Hubble, Dies in Flora Hospital; Had Pneumonia.

John Hubble, eighty, well-known and respected Elm River township farmer, passed away Sunday morning in the Flora hospital, where he had ben taken a few hours previous, suffering with pneumonia.

Mr. Hubble had been in comparatively good health until early last week when he was stricken with pneumonia.

Funeral services will be held at Zif Christian Church Wednesday (today) at 1:30 o'clock p.m., by Elder W. D. Crippin. Interment in Maple Hill cemetery.
