Flora Crummett was the youngest of nine children of Christopher Ledeweg Crummett who came to Philadelphia on The Queen Of Denmark Ship from Hamburg, Germany on Nov 3, 1752. He served in the PA Regiment in the French and Indian War. He journeyed to Pendleton, Virginia (now WV) from PA where he settled.
