He was buried in Tulsa with 2 of their children. (Unknown gravesites). Annie then married Sheridan McGowan, they resided in Calumet, Oklahoma for several years. When Annie was taken ill, Sheridan went to Colorado to live with Perry his son and family.He later died in Colorado, burial unknown. She had traveled by train to live with her daughter Laura when she developed pneumonia, she later died in the Arkansas City hospital.
