PERRY C. BARRON

Perry Casteel Barron, 81, Sauer Memorial Home, died at the Home Tuesday after an illness of one year.

The son of Irving J. and Minnie Casteel Barron, he was born at Raymond, Iowa, Jan. 30, 1889. He married Hazel Ebeltoft at Glyndon, Minn., Nov. 5, 1919. She died in 1948. He had lived at Minnesota City, Glyndon and Baudette, Minn., where he farmed before moving to Winona one year ago.

Survivors are five sons, Jack C., Baudette, Minn., Harry K., Dade City, Fla., Gordon A., Hibbing, Minn., Donald D., Thief River Falls, Minn., and Charles L., Minnetonka, Minn.; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Dunn, Minnesota City; 21 grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Torkildson, Bagley, Minn., and Mrs. Vivian Lasure, Blue Earth, Minn. One brother has died.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Fawcett Funeral Home, the Rev. Charles McCallister, interim pastor at First Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Minnesota City.
