Mary E. McKeone , age 73, of Pleasant Hill, MO, formerly of KCMO, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at her home with her family and friends at her side. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, 422 N. Lake, Pleasant Hill, MO. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, 7-8 p.m., followed by rosary recitation. Contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice, 922 Ward Pkwy., KCMO 64114. Mrs. McKeone was born in Decorah, IA; and moved to and lived in KC since a small child. She lived there until 2004 when she moved to Pleasant Hill. She was a former member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church of Kansas City and presently at St. Bridget's of Pleasant Hill. She is survived by three sons, James McKeone Jr., Joseph McKeone , and Timothy McKeone , all of Pleasant Hill; two daughters, Theresa Martin of KCMO and Caroline McKeone of Belton, MO; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many other relatives.
