Rayson Going was a welder, retiring and making his home in Broken Bow for the past 15 years. He also taught Welding. Going served in the U. S. Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was of the Presbyterian faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rayson Sr. and Lucy Going; his wife Ruth Bveiter Going; two sisters, Samantha Neill and Dollie Scott; and two brothers, John Going and Joe Going.
Survivors include four sisters and a brother-in-law, Ruby Stotts, Oklahoma City, Frances and Clyde Neill, Tom, Mabel McGuire, Bethany, and Virginia Williams, Guthrie; a brother-in-law, Dess Neal, Talihina; a sister-in-law, Loretta Going, Shawnww; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2001, in Denison Cemetery. Professional services provided by Jim Norwood Funeral Service of Idabel.
