Francis spent most of her life in the Tom area and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Forman, AR., where she also served as the Daycare Provider for almost 30 years.
Frances is proceeded in death by both of her parents; 2 sisters; Dolly Scott, and Samantha Neill; 3 brothers; John Going, Joe Going, and Rayson Going Jr.; and 1 Great Granddaughter; Hailey Shomo.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory; her loving husband; Clyde Neill of Tom, OK., 1 son; Josiah Neill of Tom, Ok; 3 daughters; Elizabeth Neill of Tom, Ok., Mary Gomez and husband Raymond of Dallas, TX, and Karen Weaver and husband Larry of Cleveland, AL; 3 sisters; Ruby Stotts and Mable McGuire, both of Oklahoma City, OK., and Virginia Williams of Guthrie, OK; as well as 8 Grand-Children and 6 Great-Grand Children.
