95-year-old Mt. Erie resident, Wilma Lucille Denny, died Wednesday, August 17 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was a member of the "Brick" Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, serving as church pianist/organist for over 50 years. She also worked as a Fashion Two Twenty Consultant for several years and was awarde numerous awards for being their top sales consultant.
Surviving are a daughter, Dana Underwood of Cape Girardeau, MO; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Wanda Hooper of Evansville, IN; two brothers, Willis Keyser of Cisne and Walter Keyser of Geff; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Wilma Lucile Denny will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 20 at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne. Burial will be in McKendree Cemetery at Mt. Erie.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 19 at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne.
