See the Skidmore News, December 2, 1926, page 1 for an article and page 5 for an obituary. According to the article, she was born in Saline County, Missouri on June 28, 1858. Her family moved to Dewitt, Carrol County in 1860. She married W. R. Linville in 1881, and the couple moved to Skidmore. She died at Skidmore, Missouri on November 26, 1926. She was survived by her husband, two stepsons, W. S. and Aron Linville, and one foster daughter, Mrs. Anna Duval, as well as five grandchildren: Everett, Francis, Lawrence and Byron Linville of Skidmore and Lucille Linville of Colorado; and one great grandson, Junior Linville. She was also survived by two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. James Adkins of Chillicothe, Mo., Mrs. Mary Kelley of Grand Island, Nebraska, James Rogers of Berwyn, Nebraska, and William Rogers of Skidmore.
