Nada Stiles Byers, age 62, of Brasstown, NC passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Murphy Medical Center.

She was a native of Cherokee County, NC and the daughter of the late Leonard Hoyt and Martha E. Parks Stiles. Nada loved her family and grandchildren. She retired from Grove Enterprises and was a member of the Little Brasstown Baptist Church. Nada loved children and her home was always open to love and warmth which was felt by all her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Harry Byers; two daughters, Belinda McDonald of Murphy and Amy Baldwin and her husband, Scott of Brasstown, NC; one brother, James Hoyt Stiles and his wife, Winkie of Murphy; one sister, Martha Nell Barbee of Gainesville, GA; five grandchildren, Karissa McDonald, Josh McDonald, Whitney Baldwin, Hunter Baldwin and Jenna Baldwin and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy with Rev. Aud Brown officiating. A Private Graveside Service and Burial will be held in the Old Martins Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Darin Shuler officiating. Pallbearers will be Dusty Byers, Tracy Byers, Tanner Byers, Troy Byers, Terry Hedden and Harry Martin.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home in Murphy.
