Mattie " Naomi " Jacobson, 81, of Swan Valley, died September 8, 2007, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. She was born September 3, 1926 in Irwin, Idaho to Lewis A Fisher and Margeret M. Butler Fisher. She attended Swan Valley School.
She married Ruland Oliver Jacobson on September 12, 1941 in Idaho Falls, Idaho . They had a family of eight children. Naomi and her family lived in Jackson, Wyoming from 1948 until just before her husband's death on March 5, 1987.
She was a wife and a mother and worked as a dental assistant for Dr. James Alexander. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed being with her family, cooking, gardening and reading. In her younger years she loved to go dancing.
