Married Anna Harriet Ingram (1837-1893) [Information provided by Milisia Hanlin] This appears to be incorrect. Please read the following

The spouse and children are incorrect, as this James Madison Handley was never married. I obtained several articles from the Fort Worth Library in my research. He is a son of John Randolph Handley and Nancy Thompson Formby.
There is also another John Randolph Handley, who stayed in GA, whose Father is James M Handley, Sr & does have a son James M Handley,
I suspect James Madison, Jr who married Anna Ingram and had a daughter Mary whose 2nd marriage was to an Otwell
Handley's Father, John Randolph Handley, who went to Alabama, is a brother to James M Handley, Jr. There are so many duplications of names between these two families.
I am a Handley descendant and have done extensive research. If you would like any additional information, please let me know. Thanks, Jean George"
