Murder Victim. The son of Charles Stuart and Carol DiMaiti Stuart, he was born several months premature, delivered by C-section after his mother, Carol was shot. His father, Charles was accused of firing the shot that killed his mother. His father died when he jumped or (was pushed) off the Tobin Bridge into the Mystic River. The book, "Murder In Boston," is based on the case. Cause of death was premature birth and a contributing factor was trauma to the mother before delivery. He is buried with his mother.
