They were parents of; John Fails(1791-1848), Hannah (Nee Fails)Repine(1796-1870), Alexander Fails(1797-1843), Thomas Fails(1801-1874), Richard Fails(1803-1874), Sarah 'Sallie' (Nee Fails)Christman(1807-?) & David Fails(1809-1862). Note: On Ancestry.com, some member's trees list another son of Alexander Fails; James Alexander Fails(1780-1845) While this could be his son (according to their ages) it wouldn't be a son of Alexander's wife, Susan Hall(1771-1856) as she would have only been 9 years old when John was born.)
