William Alexander
Funeral services for William Alexander, 81, who passed away Saturday at 4:30 p. m. at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. O. E. McGinnis of Fullerton following an illness of four years, will be held Tuesday at 2 p. m. at Roberson funeral home. Rev. William Mosley will officiate and burial will be in Davis cemetery at York.
Mr. Alexander was born June 25, 1885, at Carter, a son of William and Priscilla Alexander. In February 1894, he was married to Miss Jennie Davis, who preceded him in death.
Beside the daughter at whose home he died, Mr. Alexander is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Anna Miller of Dayton; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Anna Burke of Rushtown and three brothers, Butler Alexander of Newberry, Mich., Samuel Alexander of Kingsport, Tenn., and George Alexander of Greenup.
