Mrs Richard Lacey, age 82, died from infirmities of age at her home on North College Street, Newcomerstown, Sunday morning at 5:30 o`clock.
She had been seriously ill for the past ten days. Mrs. Lacey`s maden name was Margaret Custer and she was born in Switzerland. She came to this country when a small child, and was reared to womanhood by Mr & Mrs Romig of Tuscarawas. All of her married life was lived in Newcomerstown. She was a member of the M. P. Church There are surviving, her husband, three daughters Mrs Flora McMunn of Neoga, IN, Mrs T. D. Leonhard and Zola, and Arthur Lacey both of Newcomerstown. Daniel Lacey of Youngstown and Rollin Lacey of the late home. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at two o`clock atthe home by Rev. T. I. Hanson, pastor of M. E. Church. Burial will bemade at Newcomerstown cemetery.
