She was born in Monticello, Kentucky on October 22, 1932, the daughter of Alec Woody and Martie Duncan. Both parents preceded her in death.
On September 20, 1947, she married Russell Mink.
She is survived by 6 children Marian Mink, Glen Mink, both of Somerset, Kentucky, Otis Mink of Science Hill, Kentucky, Jeanie Phelps of Nancy, Kentucky, Elizabeth Mink Bratt and Patricia Pennycuff, both of Somerset, Kentucky; 1 brother Everett Woody of Indianapolis, Indian; 1 sister Elma Jones of Somerset, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 21, 1999 at 2 P.M. at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Brother Eddie Massey officiating. Burial was in Somerset Cemetery.
