Mrs. Clinton Myers Dies After
Illness At Age Of 85
Mrs. Laura E. Myers, 85, widow of Clinton D. Myers, 1105 Southern Ave., died last night in the Henry County Hospital following an illness of a few days. Mrs. Myers was a native of Windfall, IN, and had resided there for the past 43 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. D. W. Brankle of New Castle; a son, Walter R. Myers of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; four brothers: John Retherford of Winamac; Charles Retherford of Windfall, George Retherford of Hagerstown, and Clev Retherford of Alexandria; and a nephew, Earl Retherford of New Castle.
The body is at the Davis, Smith-Couden Funeral Home where friends may call after noon on Wednesday and where funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in the Windfall Cemetery.
