Archibald Lincoln Meade, b 9 Apr 1874, d 28 Feb 1963, was b Russell Co., VA, s/o Biven Meade. Archibald Meade married Nancy Chaney Yontz, b 15 Apr 1878, d 27 Nov 1927, and they are buried in the Parlor Grove Cemetery, Waynesburg. They came to Lincoln Co., in 1915 and settled near Waynesburg. One source states they were the parents of nine children. These are seven of the nine children:
1. Clarence Hobart Meade, b 21 May 1896, d 8 Aug 1982, m Sarah Letitia, b 28 Apr 1898, d 22 Jun 1988.
