Opal Sims Dick 85, of Indianapolis, died July 10, 2006. Opal worked as a bookkeeper for Western Auto, Kraft Foods, Marion County Greenhouse Growers Association and later retired from Mallory in 1976. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Indianapolis and was actively involved with the In-Group, as well as other ministries at her church. Opal was also active with the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation. Opal is survived by her Husband of 67 years Earl Dick; Daughter, Thelma S. King, and son Thomas O. (Stephanie M.) Dick, Sister: Bonnie Pease, Brother: Ray Sims, 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Funeral services will be Friday, July 14 at 2:00 p.m. in First Church of the Nazarene Indianapolis (9401 E. 25th St., Indpls, IN). Visitation will be Thursday, July 13, 5 to 8 p.m. in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation.
