Mrs. Raymond Dennison

Mrs. Raymond Dennison, 72, Westfield, died Friday in a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral services were 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic church, Ellendale, with Rev. John Schissel officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery under direction of the Larkin funeral home, Sioux City. The Rosary was recited Sunday evening at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Darrel Rowbury, John Gurnik, Jerry and Eugene Bogenrief, and James and Gerald Dennison.

Mrs. Dennison, the former Blase Veronica Bogenrief, was born Feb. 3, 1897, at Pipestone. She was a lifelong resident of Plymouth county, where she taught school several years. She was married Feb. 21, 1928, at Ellendale. She was a member of St. Catherine Catholic church, Westfield.

Survivors are the widower, two daughters, Mrs. John (Nora Rae) Gurnik of Chicago, and Mrs. Darrel (Charlotte) Rowbury of Sioux City; a son, Thomas H. of Westfield; 12 grandchildren; and three brothers, Thomas F. of Omaha, and John and Douglas both of Sioux City.
