She married Willet Nicholas Waite,1934. they had two sons, John Nicholas Wait and Kenneth Duane Wait. They later divorced. She married Albert Herbert Mitzlaff, 1950 in
Cour d' Alene, Idaho, they were married 47 years when he died in 1997.
OBITUARY
SELAH - Mary "June" Mitzlaff passed away peacefully in her sleep at Riverview Manor in Selah on June 30, 2011. Mary was born March 15, 1919 in White Rock, Utah. In 1950 she married Albert Mitzlaff in Coeur d'Alene, ID. They were married for 47 years. They moved to California where Mary worked for Mattel Toy Corp. and Albert worked for Honeywell before retiring. They moved back to the Yakima Valley, residing in Union Gap. June is preceded in death by her husband, Albert, and her son John Wait. She is survived by her son & daughter Kenneth & Sherie Wait, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren & 4 great great grandchildren & nieces & nephews. A special thanks to Memorial Hospice and the staff at Riverview Manor for all of their special care. At the request of June there will be no funeral service, her final resting place will be at West Hills Memorial Park.
