She died at the Plymouth hospital, resident of Ashland age 68 yrs, 6 mos and 13 days from cancer which she had suffered from for many years. She was the widow of John Jackson. Burial was June 15 in the Green Grove Cemetery, Philip Gammons, undertaker.

Mrs. Jackson is the daughter of the late John B. and Ann (Fogg) Carr and was born in Ashland December 3, 1863 in which town she had always made her home. In 1884 she was united in marriage to John M. Jackson of Norway, Maine. Of the union one son Abner F. was born. She leaves her immediate family, one granddaughter, Dorothy B. Jackson of Lowell, Mass. and one sister, Mrs. Grace B. Knowlton of Ashland. She had been a very active member of Mt. Hope Chapter O.E.S., Rebekah Lodge and Pemigewasset Temple of Pythian Sisters.
