Dorothy is the wife of Kenneth O. Cowan, she was Mother to Kenneth, Linda, Richard, Gary and Mike. She was a waitress for many years at the Belmont Restaurant in Norfolk, she was loved by her customers for her kindness and wit. She was a loving wife and mother and is deeply missed by all.
