Frances Joann Meyers, 77, Excelsior Springs MO, died Wednesday, July 27 2011 at the Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehab.
Mrs. Meyers was born January 8 1934 in Orrick MO, daughter of Frank Lester and Joan (Shelton) Adams. On Nov 11 1989, she married Ted Meyers, who survives of the home.
Mrs. Meyers retired from the Excelsior Springs Hospital where she was a house keeper.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by son Dale Chaney; two sisters, Leona Hagans and Erma Frazier; three brothers, Farrell Adams, Gerald Adams and Grover Adams.
In addition to her husband, survivors include; two sons, Daren Rapp of Clinton MO and Troy Rapp of Springfield MO; daughter, Diane Meyers of Spring Lake NC; sister Joyce and her husband Willis King of Excelsior Springs; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10am till service time at 11am Monday August 1 2011 at the Polley Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs. Burial: Pisgah Cemetery, Excelsior Springs.
