Ruby E Tripp, age 94, went home to be with the Lord 11/14/13.
A native of Illinois, her and her husband Bernie R. Tripp moved to Florida in 1962. Bernie preceded her in death in 1987.
She is survived by four daughters, Sharon Kettner of Jensen Beach, Sue Hardy & husband Don of Lakes Wales, Janet Schwalbach and Judy Bentel & husband Karl of Stuart, 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Jensen Beach and later joined the First United Methodist Church of Stuart actively teaching Sunday school at both churches.
She was known for her love and kindness toward others and will be missed.
A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church of Stuart at 1500 S Kanner Hwy on Thursday, Nov 21 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Philip Short will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
