Mrs. Eleanor Barbara Franklin, 49, of 4001 Harp Hollow Rd. Died at 11:35 a.m. yesterday at Methodist Hospital where she hade been a patient since Saturday. A life-long Peoria resident, she was born June 26, 1920 the daughter of John O. and Myra C Alberssen Hulit. She married Robert K. Franklin on July 28, 1941 in St. Louis, MO. Surviving are her husband, sons, Ronald J. Toebbe, James R. Franklin, and Mike L. Franklin; four daughters, Mrs. Kay D. Lowande, Mrs. Connie L. Clelland, Miss Deloris G. and Miss Eleanor B. Franklin, all of Peoria; and one sister, Mrs. Robert L. Spears of Peoria. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Weds. at Stone Mortuary, the Rev. Bertram Betteridge officiating.
