She was born on September 24, 1914 in Denniston, KY to Pearl and Martha (Halsey) Raney. She worked at Maumee Childrens Home in Lucas County as a house parent for 15 years, a devout Christian and member of University Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Edgar B. LeForce in 1995. Aleda is survived by sons, Richard D. (Sumon) LeForce of Monticello, Ga., James G. (Judy) LeForce of Louisville, KY, Jerome E. (Donna) LeForce of Middletown, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life service will be Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
