Miss Susan Bear died at 10:45 o'clock Sunday morning at her home, corner Baltimore and King streets, from paralysis, aged 72 years, 2 months and 7 days. She had been sick about ten days. Miss Bear lived with her sister, Miss Anna Bear. Besides this sister she is survived by two other sisters: Mrs. Elizabeth Heightman, Burkittsville; Mrs. Caleb Eakle, Half Way. Funeral services at the house, conducted by Rev. J. M. Tombaugh, of Hagerstown, and Rev. M. D. Gaver, of Williamsport. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery
