FINAL RITES HERE FOR MRS. RUFUS HINSON
MRS. Rufus (Byrd Clonts)Hinson, 78, of Mart died at 4 a.m. Saturday, October23, in a Waco hospital after a lenghty illness. Mrs. Hinson was born August 8, 1898, at Frost Texas. She was a retired clerical worker. Her husband preceded her in death on July 23, 1976. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, October 24, at 2 p.m. at the Littlepage Funeral Chapel in Mart. Rev. Bill Reynolds officiated at the service, and interment was in Mart Cemetery. Survivors include two brothers, Brown Clonts of Mart, and W.E. Clonts of Knox City; two step-daughters, Hazel Buffaloe of Austin and Wanda Jane Dunsforth of Fort Worth; one step-son, Durwood Hinson of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
