Lyle F. Alexander, 59 of Mansfield RR 2 died Friday, Oct. 14, 1994 at the home of his daughter in Cocoa, Fla. Born in Towanda, he was the son of Charles D. and Ella Cole Alexander. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Electric Co. as an electrician for 40 years. He was a member of the Roseville United Methodist Church and a member of ABC-W Amateur Radio Club.

Preceding him in death were his mother and one stepson, Rick Wood.

Surviving besides his father of Franklindale are his wife, Nancy L. Paull Alexander; one son, Roger S. Alexander of Mansfield; one daughter, Deborah Alexander and husband, Bill Ross of Cocoa, Fla.; three stepsons, Randy Wood of Dover, De., Rodney Wood of Mansfield and Russell Wood of Blossburg; seven step-grandchildren; three brothers, Dean Alexander of Ohio, Lee Alexander of Wysox and Wayne Alexander of Montgomery; one sister, Shirley Mezner of Webster, Mass.; and mother-in-law, Etelka Paull of Dunnellon, Fla.

Friends may call at the Scureman Funeral Home, 130 S. Main St., Mansfield on Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 20 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Services will be held there Thursday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. James Bellamy officiating. Burial will be made at Christian Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 228 S. Russell Ave., Williamsport, Pa.
