Daughter of Sir Humphrey de Stafford and Katherine Fray, daughter of Sir John. Grand daughter of Sir Humphrey de Stafford and Eleanor Aylesbury.

First wife of Sir Richard de Neville. They were married about 1490 and produced six sons and six daughters:
· John, 3rd Lord Latimer, married Dorothy de Vere, Elizabeth Musgrave and Catherine Parr
· William, who lived at Penwyn
· Sir Thomas, wh lived at Piggot's Hardley, Essex
· Marmaduke, who lived at Marks Tey, Essex
· George, Archdeacon of Carlisle
· Christopher
· Margaret, wife of Edward Willoughby
· Dorothy, wife of Sir John Daunay
· Elizabeth, wife of Christopher Danby
