Mitchell Chepokas on his 9th Birthday, he was two months into chemo treatments for Osteo Sarcoma bone cancer and eight months prior to his death. This photo has become the face of the foundation founded in his memory, the Miracles of Mitch Foundation.
The MOMF provides quality of life support to families of children living with cancer that are treated in the state of Minnesota.
