Frank Hagin moved from Kansas with his parents to Oklahoma in April 1889 during the initial run into Oklahoma territory. He and his wife, the former Iva Hatcher, homesteaded in Canadian county near Hinton in 1901 and resided there until Mrs. Hagin's death. He later moved to the Cordell Christian Home.
Father of Guy and Lester Hagin of Cordell and Carl Hagin of Taft, CA; Mrs. J.F. Bright of Elk City, Mrs. Gene Haag, Sweetwater, OK and Mrs. Ronald Maxey, Oklahoma City.
