OBIT:
John A. Haberman, 84, Rt. 5, Box 870, died Sunday at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. He was born October 28, 1895 at Ellensburg. He served in the U. S. Army during World War I. He and Fern Charlton were married December 27, 1926 and made their home on the Burrows Road and farmed in the Fairview District. Mrs. Haberman died November 30, 1979. He was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church and World War I Barracks.
He is survived by four sons, Jack Haberman of Ellensburg, Dr. James Haberman of Bellevue, Pat Haberman of St. Helena, Calif., and Mike Haberman of Spokane; a daughter, Miss Sylvia Haberman of Renton; five grandchildren and one brother, George Haberman of Ellensburg.
Rosary will be Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. at St. Andrews Catholic Church. Funeral will be Wednesday, 11 a.m., also at St. Andrews. The Rev. Seamus Kerr will officiate and burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery.
