Nathan was the son of Craig Black and Connie Renee Branch.

Nathan James Black, age 18, passed away March 14, 1999 in Murray, Utah.

Born October 16, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Craig D. and Connie R. Branch Black. He was active as a priest in the LDS Church. Enjoyed video games and computers and liked to fly radio controlled airplanes. He was a good artist. Those who knew him enjoyed his character and quick wit. He never met a person he did not like.Survived by parents; sister, Julie Nicole; grandparents, Lyla and Dewey Black, James and Jean Branch, Daphne Branch. Preceded in death by brother, Jeremy Craig Black.

Everyone who knew him and his family are invited to attend the funeral services on Thursday, March 18, 1999, 11 a.m. at the Draper East Ridge Ward, 1177 East Draper Parkway (12270 So.). Friends may call Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal West Jordan Mortuary, 1861 West 7800 South and Thursday at the church, 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens. A trust fund has been set up in Nathan's name at Zions Bank.
