Died While on a Visit
Mrs. Nancy A. Longenbach of Shelbyville, Ill., died Sunday evening at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Hattie Shride, of near Oak Dale after an illness of only a few hours. She was taken suddenly ill Sunday afternoon with cerebral hemorrhage and died in a few hours.
Mrs. Longenbach and her husband Jacob Longenbach, accompanied by the laters' sisters, Mrs. Pinkston and Mrs. Mathias were visiting with Mrs. Shride, driving through in their car arriving on Saturday. Deceased had not been in good health for some time, but seemed to stand the trip fine and was feelin unusually when she was stricken. She was 68 years old. Her remains were taken to her home at Shelbyville, Ill., Monday for burial, accompanied by her husband and other relatives.
