BURIAL: Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

BIOGRAPHY: Mrs. Adams was born April 24, 1928 in Shamrock, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1943 where she worked at the Pampa Coca Cola Plant. Mabel married Floyd C. Adams sixty-five years ago on December 12, 1945 in Pampa. She was a member of First Assembly of God. She worked in the nursery at the church as well as having an in-home day care center.

SURVIVORS: her husband: Floyd C. Adams of the home; a daughter: Patsy Bright and husband Bobby of Pampa; three sons: Bobby F. Adams and wife Linda of Pampa, Larry D. Adams and wife Cathy of Amarillo, and Kenneth D. Adams and wife Linda of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; a brother: C. H. Switzer of Hobbs, New Mexico; a sister: Artie Harrington of Borger; eight grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren. Mabel was preceded in death by three brothers: Bill Switzer, Melvin "Buck" Switzer and Arthur Switzer; three sisters: Hazel Shaw, Irene Rogers and Alma Slepko; and two grandchildren: Ricky Adams and Regina Bright.
