Mrs. Ralph F. Chatillon Dies After Year's Illness

Mrs. Ralph Frederick Chatillon died this morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Arthur Bevan Belden, 410 Douglas Street, after an illness of one year. Mrs. Chatillon formerly lived at 315 Highland Avenue until a few years ago when she went to live with her sister. Her husband died about 11 years ago.
Mrs. Chatillon was born 56 years ago in Utica and her maiden name was Hannah Devereaux Kernan.
She leaves three sons in the armed services, Corp. John Chatillon, Westover Field, Mass., and Aviation Cadet Francis Kernan Chatillon of Salem Field, La., both in the air service, and Corp. Ralph Frederick Chatillon, in the Marine Corps; two daughters, Mrs. William Dennison Dunning of Chicago and Mrs. Harvey E. Schaeffer of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Belden and Mrs. William Rust Pierce of Detroit, and several nieces.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed today.
