Francis J. Kernan Rites Conducted
The funeral of Francis J. Kernan, 77, son of the late United States Senator Francis Kernan of Utica, and a Syracuse manufacturer for many years, who died Wednesday at his home, 129 Dewitt Street, took place this morning from the home.
John McCarthy's Sons, undertakers, took the body to Utica, where a solemn high mass of requiem was celebrated in St. Johns Church. Burial was in St. Agnes Cemetery, that city.
