Son of James Franklin Bell and Florence Alexander Bell.
Retired from RCA after 30 years,
U.S. Army veteran.
Member of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church.
He enjoyed farming and gardening and spending the winters in Brownsville, Tex.
Survivors include:
Mother, Florence Bell of Bloomington;
1 son, Dan Bell of Solsberry;
1 daughter, Donnetta Bowen of Mancos, Colo.;
8 grandchildren;
11 great-grandchildren;
1 brother, Dale Bell of Harrodsburg.
Preceded in death by:
Father, James Franklin Bell;
Wife, Cosette (Adams) Bell in March, 2004;
1 daughter, Deborah Jones.
Services at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel. Burial will be at Mount Gilead Cemetery.
