Mrs. Williams was born in Coalville, May 28, 1898, a daughter of Orson B. and Martha Allen Arnold. She was married to Mr. Williams in the Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, June 11, 1919. She attended school in Coalville, and received her higher education at the University of Utah.
She taught school in Coalville prior to her marriage. Mrs. Williams was active for many years as a member of the Coalville LDS Ward choir and was one of its soloists. For many years whe was secretary of the Coalville Ward Relief Society, a position she held at the time of her death.
Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Maj. Floyd David Williams, Ft. Hood, Tex.; Robert Arnold Williams, mayor of Coalville, and a daughter, Mrs. Maxine Williams Hill, Portland, Ore., six grandchildren, two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Ethylene A. Brown and Mrs. Florella A. Faddies, Coalville, and William H. Arnold, Ogden.
