Phoebe married Frank Antoine Mitchell in 1882 in Cohasset and raised their children: Elizabeth Anna, George, Walter, Charles Augustus, Frederick, Lillian, Mabel Gertrude, Isabella, Joseph and Margaret Ellen.
Phoebe died on October 8, 1931 in Cohasset and was buried along side her husband at the Beechwood Cemetary.
