Edna Deloach Robbins, 94, died Friday afternoon at Bulloch Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. The Evans County native had lived in Statesboro for the past 60 years. She was married to the late Charles M. Robbins Sr., founder of Robbins Packing Company. She also owned and operated a beauty shop for many years.

She was a member of the Forest Heights Ladies Golf Association, the St. Philip's Parish chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of American Colonists, the Archibald Bulloch chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Duplicate Bridge Club and the Statesboro First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Edna Roeder, Statesboro; one step-daughter, Emily Hook, Statesboro; one step-son, Charlie Robbins, Statesboro; one sister, Willenia Brewton, Hilton Head, S.C.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grand-children.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Statesboro First United Methodist Church, with Dr. Hugh Davis officiating. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
