WILL OF ABRAHAM ESTES
It is my will and desire that all my Estate of every description be divided amongst my two sons John & James Estes and my deceased daughters Elizabeth McCann's children that is John Estes one share James Estes one share and said Elizabeth McCannes children one share.......My said Executors are hereby decreeded to pay over to my said grand children children of said Elizabeth McCann their respected share as they become of age and shall not be accountable for interest on the same from the time it falls into their hands as Executors until they become of age.

The undersigned Judge called upon by John Estes Executor of Abraham Estes dec'd and acting Testamentary Guardian of Elizabeth McCann's children to settle his account proceeded to make said settlement at Clerk's Office in Stanford February 6th 1854 which settlement is as follows towit. I find said Executor had in his hands belonging to the children of said Elizabeth McCann the sum of $1675.77 as per settlement made the 16th day of February 1852 which sum divided into seven shares there being seven children would give to each child the sum of $239.39.
