Nussbaum Rites To Be Conducted Here Monday
Services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Monday at the Geo. M. Wittich Funeral Home for Phillip Nussbaum, 71, resident of Drury township, Ill., who died at 4 p.m. Friday at Muscatine County hospital, forllowing a brief illness with a heart ailment. Burial will be at the Drury-Reynolds cemetery.
Mr. Nussbaum was born July 12, 1884, in Livingston county, Ill., the son of Samuel and Christina Stortz Nussbaum. He moved from Livingston county to Drury township 48 years ago. His marriage to Gladys Foster took place on Feb. 12, 1913, in Drury township. He attended the Methodist church. His occupation was farming.
Survivng are his wife; three sons, Clifton P. Nussbaum, Rochelle, Ill., Delmar C. Nussbaum, Muscatine, and Phillip R. Nussbaum, Wilton Junction; one daughter, Mrs. Martin L. Anderson, Muscatine; three brother, Joseph Nussbaum, Samuel Nussbaum of Fairbury, Ill., and Benjamin Nussbaum; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Mason, Aledo, Ill., Mrs. Lee Meister, Forrest, Ill., and Mrs. Algert Honnegger, Fairbury, Ill.; and eight grandchildren.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
